BODY MECHANICS

This is a circuit class for older adults looking to improve balance, strength, and stability.
INSTRUCTOR: Angela Winks
DAYS & TIME: Tuesday & Thursday 10:15- 11:00 am

KIDS' FITNESS & ACTIVITY CLASS

For ages 4 and up, this class will include a variety of fun fitness games and occasionally arts and crafts.
INSTRUCTOR: Katrina Fulkerson & Sharon Haydock
DAY & TIME: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm

ON THE BALL

This class is a fun and challenging way to improve full body strength, core, and functional fitness with the use of stability balls, medicine balls, free weights, and more.

PILATES

This class focuses on low-impact core stability exercises and stretching done on a mat. Each exercise will help improve core strength and can be done progressively to suit beginners as well as advanced fitness levels.

SALSA

Designed for beginners of all ages, Salsa is a fun way to get in some cardio! Malo has been instructing for over 30 years and will include history and demonstrations of the basic steps. Cha Cha, Merengue, and Bachata will also be included.

SILVERNEAKERS ® CLASSIC

The Silversneakers ® fitness program is a challenging, innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Get fit, have fun, make friends! Hand-held weight, elastic tubing, and a ball are used for resistance. A chair may be used for seated and/or standing support. Level: beginner to advanced.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING FOR OLDER ADULTS

This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions that increase total body flexibility, promotes mobility and stability, and develops core strength.

YOGA WITH SARAH

Focus on the principles of Hatha Yoga with strong emphasis on breathing practices and meditation. All levels welcome.

YOGA WITH JUDY

An innovative class focusing on the instruction and the attention of poses (Asanas) and breathing (Pryanayama) techniques. Both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga will explore the disciplines of traditional yoga.

ZUMBA™

Enjoy our 60 minute Zumba class! A lively, fun cardio class set to music.

THE FOLLOWING FITNESS PROGRAMS REQUIRE A FEE

S.M.A.R.T. GOAL GROUP

This is a 12 week program that is designed to help you achieve a specific weight or fitness goal. Throughout the 12 week duration, 4 personal training sessions will be scheduled and weight and measurements will be tracked to help you stay on target and achieve your goals. If you are looking for a fun group to exercise with, want to benefit from the encouragement and accountability that others with similar goals have to offer, and have specific goals in mind, then this class is for you! You may join anytime and all fitness levels are welcome. See Angela for more information.
